Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Client

If you wish to cancel your project with us, please notify us at least 2 days prior to the scheduled milestone start date. Depending on the stage of the project and the work completed, a cancellation fee may apply.

2. Cancellation by Byte4ge Software Solutions

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances or inability to fulfill our obligations, we will provide a full refund of any unearned payments made.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Services paid for but not yet rendered
• Dissatisfaction with the quality of service provided, subject to review and approval by Byte4ge Software Solutions
• Duplicate payment made in error

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable:

• Domain registration fees
• Third-party software licenses or plugins purchased on your behalf
• Custom development work that has been completed and approved by the client
